You are currently looking for an affordably priced smartphone and thinking about Samsung Galaxy A32 5G? This article gives you some important insight for your consideration.
I have been using my Samsung Galaxy A32 5G for nearly 3 weeks since I published my first impression blog post. To be honest, I’m quite satisfied with its specs and features because it is worth what we have paid since it costs RM1,199 but it has 5G support, multiple cameras, decent quality display, and more, which we will discuss in this article.
Below are some of the important points to be considered:
#1 Performance
The Samsung A32 5G has a 6.5-inch 720p LCD panel, which is a standard one. For me, it is not the perfect one as the colours look a little flat but it is enough to enjoy what you’re seeing through the screen. It is good to learn that it uses a lower mid-range MediaTek Dimensity 720 5G processor combined with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage (it’s enough but you can expand it with a microSD card) as it performs quite well enough for its range or category.
After using different apps with pretty demanding tasks, I noticed a little bit of lag when using maps for navigation, camera shutter, and a few more but in general, all good. Scrolling through Instagram posts, reading on an online news portal, checking on the WhatsApp/Telegram messages were pretty smooth for me.
Thus, in terms of performance, it is actually not bad. It’s not the ideal device if you’re looking for speed, but it’s decent enough if you just want to use it to watch some videos and play casual games.
#2 Design & Battery
In terms of battery, the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery. To be honest, it is quite big and can last longer. My phone’s battery can stay up until 1 and a half-day of moderate use out of it. Usually, it takes around 1 hour to fully charge the phone.
Please take note that the size of this smartphone is pretty big. If you are not into big phones, I believe you’ll pretty uncomfortable holding them. But if you don’t have a problem with it, you will love the benefits of having a smartphone with a big screen like the joy of watching your favourite movies or videos.
Tip: I would like to suggest to you to get a case for extra protection because holding the Samsung A32 5G feels a bit slippery.
#3 Camera
The Samsung A32 5G smartphone features multiple cameras. The rear cameras are a 48-megapixel standard wide-angle, an 8-megapixel ultrawide, a 5-megapixel macro, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor for portrait mode. On top of that, there is a 13-megapixel selfie camera at the front.
The camera quality is actually pretty good for the money. As someone who’s really passionate about photography, I would say that its cameras are suitable just for our daily use (snapping a photo of our notes, receipts, or a place for direction) instead of for artistic photography purposes.

When there is a great amount of light, there will no problem. The camera works well. However, when the amount of light is low, you will see minor flaws like the photo gets a little blurry with noise.
To conclude the above, these are some of the best things about the Samsung A32 5G:
1. The battery. It lasts longer.
2. As a movie buff, the screen size is pretty decent.
3. Well, it can support 5G. When the time comes where we can get the 5G network in Malaysia, people who owned a mid-range smartphone can enjoy this technological advancement.
Again with the price of RM1,199, the Samsung A32 5G has almost everything you need in a smartphone. To find out more, check out Samsung Malaysia’s official website.
