Lokasi Killing Fields ini agak jauh from our hotel. Basically, orang akan ambil teksi untuk ke sana because it is more convenient and cepat. The roads there sometime agak congested. It is highly advisable for you to take taxi if your location is quite far from the place.

We decided to take a tuk tuk. Unfortunately, along the way tu kitaorang stucked in slow traffic. Again, the road is dusty and its hot during that time.

Brief explanation about Killing Fields

It is just like other museum/historical attraction, but what I love about this place is.. it brings you to the world of Polpot Era – zaman dimana ramai orang Khmer diseksa tanpa belas kasihan.
Untuk attire, nothing much. But, if you believe in the value of respecting other’s place, it is better to dress up appropriately. For ladies, no night club attire plese. Bawa la selendang. For guys, no problem. Short pun okay but not toooooooo damn short. LOL
Mostly, their tourist attractions are convenient sebab they provide us the so called tour guide audio (different kind of languages) in which when you go from one section to another section, you’ll play the audio for you to understand. I don’t remember how much it costs us. So, kalau malas nak baca, this thing might help you.

But, i’m sure you can read somewhere, Google, perhaps. My job is only to deliver my experience here.

Somehow, I wonder and just couldn’t imagine their situation during that time. I have a mixed feeling walking through this Killing Field – curious and terribly sorry for what happened.
